This page provides instructions on enabling operation ID logging for operations causing a crash.

Enabling Operation ID Logging¶

Follow these steps to enable operation ID logging for operations causing a crash:

1. In the Private Agent jitterbit.conf file, enable EnableOperationIdLogging in the [APIOperation] section. For more information, see APIOperation on Edit the Configuration File (jitterbit.conf).

2. If a crash occurs, the operation ID is written to one of these default locations:

   • Windows: C:\Program Files\Jitterbit Agent\apache\logs\apache_crash.txt

   • Linux: /opt/jitterbit/apache/logs/apache_crash.txt
