Unable to Install 64-bit Windows Private Agents with Two-factor Authentication (TFA)¶
Issue¶
It is a known issue that 64-bit Windows Private Agents cannot be installed with two-factor authentication (TFA) enabled. If TFA is active, installing a 64-bit Windows Private Agent will fail and present an error dialog.
Workaround¶
To work around this issue, temporarily disable TFA and install the 64-bit Windows Private Agent. After installation, enable TFA.
TFA can be disabled and enabled from an organization's settings accessed from the Management Console Organizations page.
