What is "replace page in history"? in Jitterbit App Builder
Question
What does the Replace Page in History checkbox do, or what is its purpose?
Answer
Replace Page in History will set the target of the < Back button on the far left side of the Page Bar at the top of the window. When you set this, any navigation using this option will replace the < Back button's location with the current Back button location and essentially skips the window you are navigating from when clicking < Back. This means if you are on a pop-up window, it will actually make the < Back button go to the previous page of the underlying window.
This allows for a lot of button navigation, while retaining the Back location so that it will always take you back to the same page regardless of where you have navigated.
