Overview Page

Introduction

The Overview page opens when you open an app or create a new one:

It contains the Summary, the API Access & Support, and the Latest Releases panels.

The Overview page also has the App Builder menu, the app preview button, and the app publish button. These are always visible on every build page.

Summary Panel

The Summary panel shows the following information about the app:

  • Module: How many modules in the app.
  • Microflow: How many microflows in the app.
  • UI Flow: How many UI flows in the app.
  • Active Users: (Not visible until you publish the app.) The number of active users on each environment.
  • Display DB Identifiers of This App: When enabled, internal database identifiers for modules, sections, fields, dropdowns, dropdown items, microflows, and UI flows are displayed. These values may be needed in a request transformation used as input for Jitterbit App Builder connector activities.

API Access & Support Panel

The API Access & Support panel contains the following:

  • Client ID: The app's client identifier. Use this when connecting to the Jitterbit App Builder connector. Click the copy icon to copy the value to the system clipboard.
  • Client Secret: The app's client secret. Use this when connecting to the Jitterbit App Builder connector. Click the reveal icon to show the value. Click the hide icon to hide the value. Click the copy icon to copy the value to the system clipboard.
  • Authorize Support Team Access: Enable when requested by the Jitterbit support team to allow them to provide technical support and access your app's backend database.

    To authorize support team access, follow these steps:

    1. Enable Authorize Support Team Access. The Authorize Support Team Access dialog opens:

    2. Read the information and click Accept to continue. A dialog opens showing your support key:

    3. Click OK. The API Access & Support panel changes to include the key and the Extend Support Key +24 Hours button. Click the reveal icon to show the support authorization key. Click the hide icon to hide the support authorization key. Click the copy icon to copy the key value to the system clipboard.

Note

The support key is valid for 48 hours. To extend it by 24 hours, click Extend Support Key +24 Hours.

Latest Releases Panel

The Latest Releases panel shows the following information about an app:

Releases

  • A list of entries, one for each environment with a released app, showing the following:

    • The environment name.
    • Go To App: Click to open the app.
    • The release number, and the release's status icon.
  • Release History: Click to see the release history for the app.
