HubSpot Connector

Overview

The Jitterbit Harmony HubSpot Connector is accessed from the Connectivity tab of the design component palette:

Connectivity tab

This connector is used to first configure a HubSpot connection, establishing access to an account on the HubSpot server, and then used to configure one or more HubSpot activities associated with that connection as either a source or target within an operation:

  • Get Contacts: A HubSpot get contacts activity retrieves data from a HubSpot connection and is used as a source in an operation.

  • Create Contacts: A HubSpot create contacts activity creates new contacts into a HubSpot connection and is used as a target in an operation.

  • Update Contacts: A HubSpot update contacts activity updates contact data at a HubSpot connection and is used as a target in an operation.

  • Delete Contacts: A HubSpot delete contacts activity deletes contact data from a HubSpot connection and is used as a target in an operation.

The HubSpot connector uses the HubSpot API. Refer to the API documentation for information on the schema fields.

The HubSpot connector requires the use of an agent version 10.1 or higher.

Together, a specific HubSpot connection and its activities are referred to as a HubSpot endpoint. Once a connection is configured, activities associated with the endpoint are available from the Endpoints filter:

HubSpot Registration

As the connection will be an application that interfaces with HubSpot, you will need to register at HubSpot as a developer and create a HubSpot application using the HubSpot website. See HubSpot Registration for details.
