Jira Endpoint

Overview

The Jitterbit Harmony Jira Connector is accessed from the Connectivity tab of the design component palette:

This connector is used to first configure a Jira connection, establishing access to an account on the Jira server, and then used to configure one or more Jira activities associated with that connection as either a source or target within an operation:

  • Get Issues: Retrieves issue data from a Jira connection and is used as a source in an operation.

  • Post Issues: Inserts new issue data into a Jira connection and is used as a target in an operation.

The Jira connector uses the Jira REST API v1. Refer to the API documentation for information on the schema fields.

The Jira connector requires the use of an agent version 10.1 or higher.

Together, a specific Jira connection and its activities are referred to as a Jira endpoint. Once a connection is configured, activities associated with the endpoint are available from the Endpoints filter:
