Release Highlights

  • New Feature: You can now use Jitterbit global variables as sources and targets. The new type of source and target allow users to read and write directly from/to global variables in their operations, bypassing any extra workaround they had to do in the past, such as temporary or local storage.

  • New Feature: Added support for the Salesforce Summer ‘16 release (aka SFDC API v37).

  • New Feature: Cloud Deploy History can now be viewed via Harmony website (WMC Projects page) and Studio. The deploy history keeps track of who deployed the project and when, as well of what specific items were changed.

  • Improvement: New trial users will now be given a default environment right away so they can go directly into the Studio, create projects and run operations without having to set-up, configure, or provision anything prior.

  • Improvement: The On-Premises Gateway now only requires a single domain name which reduces cost and simplifies configuration.

  • Improvement: The Support Portal has been updated to improve the flow and ease of use. See Using the Jitterbit Support Portal for more details.

  • Fix: OData and Custom API IP Ranges are now consistent when creating new APIs through the WMC.

  • Improvement: The agent can now preserve white-space characters in a JSON transformation. Set $jitterbit.source.json.trim = false to enable this behavior.

  • Improvement: Enhanced user experience when using the SortArray method through improving documentation and error handling.

  • Improvement: Improved Agent reconnect logic to help Agent recover quicker when experiencing network problems.

  • Improvement: Added a Knowledge Base link to the Error Message that pops up when NetSuite requires the use of Application ID.

  • Improvement: NetSuite Connector now shows the custom field for CustomerDeposit object.

  • Improvement: Vendor Return Authorization has been configured in NetSuite search.

  • Improvement: In the NetSuite search object, one can now filter by “Vendor Return Authorization”.

  • New Feature: You can now use Jitterbit global variables as sources and targets. The new type of source and target allow users to read and write directly from/to global variables in their operations, bypassing any extra workarounds, such as temporary or local storage.

  • New Feature: Added support for the Salesforce Summer ‘16 release (aka SFDC API v37).

  • Improvement: Variable $jitterbit.api.request.headers.fulluri is now readily available in the script drop-down. This variable returns the URL that was called to trigger the Jitterbit OData or Custom API.

  • Improvement: Studio no longer prompts you to upgrade to a newer Salesforce version, if you are using v33 or older, and use the ‘Restore Project From Cloud’ feature.

  • Improvement: The Studio now displays a warning message when closing or switching projects if the current project has local changes that have not yet been deployed to the Cloud.

  • Improvement: Creating a JPK without credentials now retains some non-sensitive and user helpful properties that used to be blanked out, such as the Folder Path of Local File Sources and Targets.

  • Improvement: The JMS activity wizard now offers auto-completion and drag & drop support for project and global variables.

  • Improvement: Request headers such as 'if-match' are now properly forwarded to the Jitterbit API platform and those headers are passed through to the operation.

  • Fix: Fixed problems that prevented JPKs with project variable label along with project variable name from being imported into the WMC.

  • Fix: The Studio's ‘Deploy-With-Backup’ option now uploads a backup only if the deployment itself was successful.

  • Fix: When connecting to a QuickBooks Endpoint, your password is now required.
