Configuring SSO Identity Providers

Overview

Jitterbit Harmony supports single sign-on (SSO) using the SSO standards OAuth 2.0 or SAML 2.0.

Jitterbit has verified SSO support with these identity providers:

Identity ProviderOAuth 2.0SAML 2.0
Autodesk

Azure Active Directory

Google

Okta

Salesforce

It may be possible to configure additional identity providers, depending on which SSO standard is used:

  • OAuth 2.0: Jitterbit support for OAuth 2.0 is limited to those identity providers listed in the above table. Additional identity providers cannot be configured.
  • SAML 2.0: You may be able to configure SSO with other SAML 2.0 identity providers by entering, testing, and confirming the identity provider credentials in the configuration. Configuration with identity providers other than those listed above has not been verified by Jitterbit.

As the selection of a particular identity provider and SSO configuration is dependent on numerous factors independent of Jitterbit, we do not describe the respective differences or advantages of the identity providers and protocols.

The pages in this topic provide instructions for configuring these specific identity providers for use with Jitterbit Harmony SSO.

Additional configuration is also required within Jitterbit Harmony in order to complete the configuration and enablement of SSO. For details, see Configuring SSO in Jitterbit Harmony.
