The Downloads page of the Harmony Portal provides access to installation files for Harmony applications that are installed locally, including Private Agents, Design Studio, and Data Loader. This does not include Harmony cloud applications accessed directly through the Jitterbit Harmony Portal, as no installation is required.
NOTE: For legacy downloads of Jitterbit version 5.x and associated connector installation files, see Customer Downloads.
To access the Downloads page, log in to the Jitterbit Harmony Portal, then click the orange hamburger menu in the top left:
From the menu, select Downloads:
A table will display any installation files that are available to download:
Design Studio & Connectors: Available within organizations that have a Jitterbit Harmony subscription. Not required if you are using Cloud Studio, our next-generation project designer featuring a modern and collaborative user experience with a cloud-based UI.
Contact your Customer Success Manager to determine which Studio application best suits your needs for new projects, or to schedule a Readiness Assessment Check for moving existing Design Studio projects to Cloud Studio.
Data Loader: Available within organizations that do not have a Jitterbit Harmony subscription. Not required if you are a Jitterbit Harmony subscriber.
NOTE: Jitterbit Harmony subscribers have access to Data Loader through a separate, Data Loader-specific organization. To switch organizations, in the top navigation bar, use the dropdown that appears between your name and Help.
