Since Web servers respond to posts/requests (such as a request to get a text data file), this "response" from the Web server (e.g., the data file) can be treated as a target.
The optional Target Location for Results drop-down menu is used to select a pre-defined target that will receive whatever data file that is contained in the Web server's response.
NOTE: Because this target definition will receive its data from a Web server, the only appropriate types of target definitions are FTP and File Share.
