Jitterbit supports single sign-on (SSO) for Autodesk using OAuth 2.0. This page shows how to set up Autodesk as an Identity Provider and obtain the Client ID and Client secret needed for Setting Up SSO in Jitterbit. After SSO is configured in both Autodesk and Jitterbit, members of your Jitterbit org will be able to use their Autodesk credentials to log into Jitterbit.

  1. Log into the Autodesk Dev Portal.

    NOTE: In order to set up SSO in Jitterbit, your Autodesk username must match your Harmony email address. See additional requirements in Setting Up SSO in Jitterbit.
  2. Go to My Apps and click the Create App button. You will need to create an app for each Harmony client (i.e. Web Management Console and Studio). For each:
    1. Provide an App Name that will be visible to users when they authenticate with Autodesk to log into Jitterbit (e.g. Jitterbit Web Management Console or Jitterbit Studio).
    2. Enter the Callback URL as follows:
  3. Upon clicking Create App, your OAuth Client ID and Client secret will be provided. These will be required when Setting Up SSO in Jitterbit.
