10.76 / 11.14 Harmony Release Notes¶
10.76 / 11.14 Harmony Release¶
This page includes release notes for all generally available components being released as part of 10.76 / 11.14. Compilations of release notes for Production Cloud Agent Groups, Sandbox Cloud Agent Groups, and Private Agents are also available.
The 10.76 / 11.14 release is staggered based on the dates and times as listed below by component and region. You can subscribe to maintenance notifications for cloud-based components at Jitterbit Trust. Locally installed components are available from the Downloads page (except for the Docker Private Agent, which is available at Docker Hub).

- OpenAI connector general availability
The OpenAI connector is no longer a beta version. It can be used to generate text or an image based on a provided text prompt, or can transcribe or translate audio into text using the OpenAI API.
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Private Agent Docker image
The Private Agent Docker image is now based on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Previously, it used Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Agent status of Stopping
When an agent drain stop is initialized, the agent now reports a new status of Stopping during the period of configured wait time (default of 120 seconds) prior to reporting the Stopped status. Previously, Stopped was immediately reported while still processing previously accepted operations.
Ability to cancel an operation
The ability to cancel an operation that is in Submitted, Received, Pending, or Running status is now available via a Cancel button displayed next to the operation status on the design canvas and in the operation logs.
Hidden Private Agent connectors
When accessing a Cloud Studio project in an environment associated with a Cloud Agent Group, connectors that are available only on Private Agents are no longer shown in the design component palette.
Environment-level deploy of global connections
In the Global Connections page, two new environment drawer buttons allow you to deploy all operations dependent on a global connection in that environment: Deploy for Projects without Changes and Deploy for All Projects.
Azure OpenAI (Beta) connector general availability
The Azure OpenAI (Beta) connector is now available to all organizations. It can be used to generate a text completion based on a provided prompt using the Azure OpenAI Service REST API. To provide feedback on bugs and enhancements, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Dynamics GP connector enhancements
The Dynamics GP connector has these enhancements:
Epicor Kinetic connector support for Epicor Kinetic 11.2.400
The Epicor Kinetic connector has been verified to be compatible with Epicor Kinetic 2023.2 (Build 11.2.400).
Jitterbit MQ (Beta) connector configurable timeouts
A Jitterbit MQ (Beta) connection has three new fields in its Optional Settings for specifying timeout values: Connection Request Timeout, Response Timeout, and Connection Timeout.
Salesforce Events (Beta) connector general availability
The Salesforce Events (Beta) connector is now available to all organizations. It can be used to receive a Salesforce platform event or an insert, update, or delete Change Data Capture (CDC) event, or publish a Salesforce platform event. To provide feedback on bugs and enhancements, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
WhatsApp Business connector additional verbose logging details
Enabling verbose logging for the WhatsApp Business connector results in the generation of additional log information beyond that already generated. To generate the additional log details, use the new configuration entry of
<logger name="org.jitterbit.connector.whatsapp" level="DEBUG"/>.
- Harmony login page redesign
The Harmony login page design has been updated to reflect Jitterbit’s brand and provide relevant links.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux install package fixes
The Red Hat Enterprise Linux Private Agent install package now includes the
libnsllibrary requirement by default and links
/usr/bin/python. These fixes resolve issues where the agent failed to start after a system reboot.
Erroneous red browser error no longer occurs
An erroneous browser error displayed in a red box and reporting HTML and comments regarding padding no longer occurs.
Project restore to a version with a non-global connection now works
After promoting a project’s local connection to a global connection, deploying, and subsequently restoring the project to a version prior to the connection’s promotion, the project restore works as expected. Previously, this set of circumstances resulted in a corrupted project, requiring support to restore it.
- Link to Harmony Portal now works
The link in Design Studio to the Harmony Portal login page has been corrected. Previously a Harmony Portal page reporting an error would load.
- Harmony SSO users are now immediately activated
The member status of a user invited to a Harmony SSO organization is now immediately Active as soon as the user is added. Previously, in some cases users were shown as Inactive and unable to log in.
- Password reset with autofill can now be completed
When attempting to change your password from the Harmony Portal login screen by using autofill from a third-party password manager, the Reset & Login button is now enabled as expected. Previously, the use of a password manager prevented this button from activating and the password reset could not be completed.
Jitterbit’s intention to stop distributing Private Agent 10.x
Jitterbit intends to stop distributing a 10.x Private Agent version within the next several Harmony releases. Since Harmony release 10.63 / 11.1, both a 10.x and 11.x Private Agent version have been distributed with these differences:
11.x versions: In 11.1 and later versions, the PostgreSQL database bundled with the Private Agent is now version 14.5-1.
10.x versions: Current 10.x versions are packaged with the existing 9.6.24-1 PostgreSQL. The distributed 10.x versions will continue to be supported in accordance with Jitterbit’s end-of-life policy.
NetSuite Connector, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio¶
HMAC-SHA1 deprecation and removal from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI
NetSuite is deprecating HMAC-SHA1 as a valid signature algorithm as previously announced (see NetSuite HMAC-SHA1 Deprecation). To support these changes, Jitterbit intends to remove the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI in an upcoming Harmony release.
As the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm will no longer be supported by NetSuite or the Jitterbit Harmony NetSuite connectors, you should change any Jitterbit Harmony projects that are presently using HMAC-SHA1 as the signature algorithm to use HMAC-SHA256 as soon as possible to avoid issues with those integrations.
