Agent and API gateway

  • New Jitterbit variable for allowing a blank API response
The new Jitterbit variable jitterbit.api.response.blank_error_response can be set to true to allow to allow a blank API response to be returned for non-200-type status codes such as 404. When set to false (default), an HTML status page is rendered for the returned status code.

Cloud Studio

  • Coupa connector API upgrade
The Coupa connector now uses Coupa Core API version R33.

  • Jira connector support for on-premises versions
A Jira connection can now be configured to connect with the on-premises Jira Server and Jira Data Center versions in addition to Jira Software Cloud.

  • MongoDB connector support for upserting data
The new MongoDB Upsert activity can be used to both update existing data and insert new data in a MongoDB endpoint.

  • Usability improvements
A number of enhancements have been made to improve the product usability:

    • The design component palette is now organized into categories and shows an icon on connectors that are able to be used only with Private Agents.

    • The project toolbar now indicates whether an environment is associated with Cloud Agents or Private Agents.

    • The project pane Components tab has an improved display of the reference count and validity icon.

    • The design canvas focus can be switched between workflows while dragging and dropping a component.

Citizen Integrator

  • Citizen Integrator recipes can again be uploaded
Uploading a recipe in the Citizen Integrator application or by using the jbcli tool no longer fails with a 500 error.

Cloud Studio

  • Duplicated nodes in reused schemas now work as expected
A duplicated node in a connector-generated schema that is being reused in a non-adjacent transformation no longer causes the operation to fail at runtime.

  • Amazon SQS custom attributes are now sent
Custom attributes specified in the request of an Amazon SQS Send Messages activity are now sent together with the message. Previously, the messages were being sent without custom attributes.

  • Correios and SendGrid activities no longer fail on Windows Private Agents
The Correios Create and SendGrid Email activities no longer result in an error related to a missing input file when running on Windows Private Agents.

  • HTTP response is now written as expected
The response from an HTTP Target activity to another target activity is now written as expected. Previously, an empty response was sometimes incorrectly returned.

  • Microsoft Teams connections can again be tested successfully
Testing a Microsoft Teams connection no longer fails with an error related to consent when all required permissions have been granted.

NetSuite, Cloud Studio, and Design Studio

  • HMAC-SHA1 deprecation and removal from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI
NetSuite is deprecating HMAC-SHA1 as a valid signature algorithm as previously announced (see NetSuite HMAC-SHA1 deprecation). To support these changes, Jitterbit intends to remove the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm from the Cloud Studio and Design Studio UI in an upcoming Harmony release.

As the HMAC-SHA1 signature algorithm will no longer be supported by NetSuite or the Harmony NetSuite connectors, you should change any Harmony projects that are presently using HMAC-SHA1 as the signature algorithm to use HMAC-SHA256 as soon as possible to avoid issues with those integrations.
